IC5 or IC4 compensation in facebook
Recruiter told me that I will be either ic4 or ic5. What should I expect in terms of compensation?
Data engineer isn’t a SWE, why would they be making as much as a SWE?

2 years as an IC4 with impactful projects while setting expectations with your manager that that project will get you the promo. Possible to do it faster but unlikely.
