ICT 3 or 4 ?
i got an offer from apple and i wanted to know whether this is ict 3 or 4? base : $150k rsu : $160k bonus : $20k work ex 6.5 years

I checked that site and it’s a little confusing. On that site for ict 3 the avg base is $145k, rsu $53 k with a total avg com around $220. For ict 4 the avg base is $179k and rsu is $108k with avg comp around $310. Neither of these figures tally. If I were ict 3 I would be at a higher end wrt total comp or earlier end for ict4.
Those rsus are annual

Looks like median ICT3. Search recent ICT3 offers on blind. that will help in negotiation. Do you have competing offers?

Chances of it being on the ict 4 year 1 or lower end of ict 4?
Not sure what YOExp are needed for ict4 But i know for sure that 8+ years of experience are offered ict3 first, and then easily negotiated to ict4 at the time of hiring. You have to be firm and give your expected number based on your research
