I’m really jealous of guys working for small start ups
They seem to have a lot of “non international” people where people truly integrate and hangout Instead of big tech where everyone is duh, political and fake Tc 320k
I mean there's that but... Okay sounds a little phony but maybe be the change you want to see. There's a huge bunch of dicks in big coorps yeah but you'll eventually attract someone of the same feather Well atleast that's what I tell myself when I feel the way you're feeling. Managed to come across a couple of folks outta the 100s I met, and they make every moment worth it :)
Grass is greener. Most small startups fail and the employees end up with worthless equity. Statistically you’ll be better off than 99% of them

I daydream of hanging out with my small startup peeps while we all wear white hoods and robes too. Our meetings errr…hangouts are so fun. We all get along so well talking about how we love keeping out the Indians, blacks, Mexicans, women, Jews, Catholics……I mean the “international” people out of our country…I mean startup. One day i aspire to be CEO of our startup. For fun we all have him a cool nickname and now call him Grand Wizard. He even got some business cards with his nickname printed on them. Switch jobs if you don’t like Apple, but please try to be less obviously racist. Thank you
