In UX portfolio review is it ok to walk through live product?

Do whatever will help deliver your story telling.

For good presentation you’ll need to plug your phone and share the screen. You can also screen record and put the videos of interactions into the slides and play those videos.

You should for sure have interactive elements but do not pull up a live product and just talk about it. The interactive elements be it a gif or a video need to also be placed into a slide deck

I’ve done screen cap videos of completing core user journeys. I think it gives extra weight if it’s in prod.
