Why doesn't OpenAI offshore and reduce expense by 80%
Hi, I’m pretty sure companies have annual budgets for hiring. I feel like in the middle of the year, there used to be many big tech recruiters reaching out to me on Linked In, and then at the end of the year, they disappeared. And there seems to be less openings right now. In general, in what months, companies have budget approvals for headcounts. Once they have approvals there will be more job openings? January is when most companies have Q1 and receive new hiring budgets. Anecdote: I’ve been unemployed 4 months with only 3 interviews in that time. In the past 7 DAYS I’ve had 3 more interviews at 3 new companies. Out of nowhere. Recruiters told me they all have new hiring budgets at the first of the year.
Looks like you are still unemployed, best of luck.
🙏🤞
The economy is 💩 no one’s going to start hiring for a while. Has nothing to do with time of year
