I had gone through interviews and in last talk with HR I was informed that feedback was positive. I am expecting offer/numbers in next few days. So wanted to get some info from current/past employees. How’s the engineering at InMobi ? Is it a first class citizen? - From discussion with engineers in interviews, didn’t spot any red flags. Seems to be working with latest tech with large scale. Any feedback here is appreciated. Financially how is InMobi doing in these COVID times ? Any pay cuts ? Profit ? Loss ? What’s the status regarding IPO ? Any other feedback or red flags ? And lastly what TC should I expect for SDE 2 ? Also what equity should I expect ? Current YOE : 2 TC : 20LPA #inmobi #engineering #software
Expect 28-32 lpa TC (excluding stock) The company is doing well, there was pay cuts for 4 months which were reversed and now there’s a mid-year pay hike. IPO has been “a year away” for the last 5 years, so don’t place too much faith on stocks (but don’t scrimp on it either)
Hey OP, read few articles on inmobi's ipo In one of them it was mentioned that they will file s-1 paper by June 2021. Is the filling done ? Also what is the current value of one unit? I recently interviewed with inmobi. I'm very hopeful that the response will be positive

About the tech and stuff it totally depends on team to team. And as an org they really did good to tackle covid situation and minimized the impact of that on the employees. And yes they did the paycut and all but they compensated it with the RSU option and now the paycut decision is also reversed after seeing current market situation. Status of IPO no one knows because it's not final yet but it's going to happen soon. For which team you gave the interviews?
Thanks for the info! Not finalised yet, I am being considered for SSP and CDP. How are these teams ? If I have an option, any suggestions on which one should I choose? And if possible could you comment on what RSU offering to expect at SDE2 ?
Both teams have great work but the pressure in CDP team is more from what I've heard. SSP team is amazing in terms of both work and culture. On RSU offering I can't comment much but it's around 3-4 LPA
