Recently I did a interview with Indeed for a L4 level Principal Architect role at Austin/remote. Interview process was so muddled - no transparency on how many rounds of interview, schedule, etc… after 6-7 rounds and 2 rounds with hiring manager they asked for a 3 weeks time to get back. Now Hr called to inform me they put the role on hold. This sounds ridiculous an organization would waste time of candidates and of their employees !! Is the try to get better candidates when recession hits and lay offs happen?
Who uses Indeed anymore. It’s a dead end.
Their finances looks pretty decent
Meh

Went through interview process with them a while back. Complete waste of time and lowballing TC offer.
