I got a max L2 offer from Indeed. 192k base, 10% bonus, 144k/4 75k sign on I'm worried about living up to this, but excited to be joining and moving to Seattle. I heard the wlb is tier 1 I turned down 180k base, 25% bonus, 312k/4 from Bytedance because of potential bad wlb and I'd need roommates in the bay area lol #indeed #offers

Lucky. I joined earlier and the max was 180 and 125/4 roughly. Benefits are getting really good, they just increase 401k match to 5% of base + bonus so like 10kish for you. One day off month is sweet

Did you have to show byte dance offer to negotiate? How many rounds of back and forth did you do on the offer? Curious, if you negotiate the bonus. 10% seems low?
How do you negotiate the sign on? I got an offer exactly same as yours except with 37k sign on. I have a 350k TC wayfair offer, but not planning to join any layoff history company since I’m on a visa. Do you think I can leverage this offer to negotiate a higher sign on number?
