Hello folks, I’m at the offer stage with Indeed. How long do they usually wait once the offer is made ? Is it possible to delay the offer so I can finish my other interviews ? Also any info on how the work culture is at Indeed would help me a lot to decide .
I don't think indeed can match your tc
Hmm how much do they offer usually ? Also how is the work culture there ?
Pay depends on level and location. wlb is good but career/salary growth not that good. So make sure you negotiate well and get good offer.
What level are you for in indeed? I’m in the same boat. DM
Are you going from Meta to Indeed? Any specific reason?
for west coast, L3 offer will prob be in the 300s. L4 can hit 500s and maybe higher. good luck!
I was told L2.5 gets ~100K and L3 gets around ~180K in RSUs for those on the west coast.
I also agree with this
Any idea what is the TC for L2-II (Senior). Levels fyi doesn’t have any info
First off, it's going to depend on location. If you live in Seattle, NYC, or San Francisco area, pay will be slightly higher than Austin/remote. Base for Senior is 127-183k in Austin/remote. Bonus is ~12% of base, RSU value is TBD since Senior SWE didn't exist last year when RSU's were granted, so we don't know what they are going to get. Based off of what I've heard about the RSU grants that L2's and L3's received last year, I expect seniors to get between 50k-100k of RSU, which would then vest over the next 4 years. All in all, TC range for your first year is going to be something like 154k-229k for someone based in Austin or remote, not including any sign on bonus. Also, your second, third, and fourth year should be higher since we get RSU refreshers yearly.
Thanks. Any idea about what comp would be like for Seattle?
Did you end up getting an offer?
What’s the total comp range for senior EM?
Did you get the offer at indeed. In the interview process how’s is on-site loop- is it behavioral or Case study for PMs?
