I have received two offers from Indeed and Workday and would appreciate some inputs from blind on pros and cons and also room for negotiations on the offers. Indeed (remote - MCOL) Level : Senior Base: 200k Bonus: 10% RSU: 160k/ 4years Sign On : 120k First year TC : 380k Refreshers: recruiter mentioned 50% of initial grant for meets expectations Benefits: 401k match is 100% on 5%, wfh benefit 225/month, unlimited pto, monthly one day off Workday (hybrid - MCOL) Level : Senior Base: 225k Bonus: 10% RSU: 360k/ 4 years Sign On: 40k First year TC : 377.5k Refreshers: recruiter mentioned 50% of initial grant for meets expectations Benefits: 401k match is 50% of 6%, unlimited pto, hsa contribution, espp Indeed recruiter said this is the final offer. Not sure if there is more room for negotiation on workday offer. Edit : TC drops to below 300k in second year with indeed assuming no promo. TC stays at around 380k for second year with Workday. Current TC: 315k YOE: 7
That’s a nice sign on for indeed
Is it a Pleasanton offer for workday?
That’s a p4 offer at workday? Highest I’ve seen. Refreshers are good and guaranteed.
Recruiter said refreshers are 50% of initial grant. So is that true? Is 50% for meets expectations?
I am a top performer and got 80% of my initial grant as a refresher last year. So yes 50% is normal for meets.
Good job pal, great offer from workday
Probably the highest P4 workday offer I’ve ever seen
Highest remote senior Indeed offer I have seen
When tf workday pay that much
Take the workday offer you won't be getting a raise at indeed forever at that salary even if you got promoted
Workday your refreshers will start stacking. So raise is guaranteed

Not worth switching from Microsoft. You’re not getting any significant TC bump. You’re currently making 330 and you’ll be making 337@ workday after year one, right? Edit—-just told tc will be 380 in year two so it’s worth the jump.
With around 2% raise in base and a refresher of 50% of initial grant i think it will be around 380k. Also updated my current tc
Makes sense. Then go for workday
