Note - This was an old Blind post by someone which no longer exists. I'd the content copied. https://www.teamblind.com/post/india-best-software-companies-list-compilation-QYzFSoX4 Here it goes. - I noticed that conversations about top companies and startups on Blind is mostly US-centric. So decided to do some research and made a list of top tech companies in India categorized by factors like pay/wlb/remote-first etc. Just wanted to share it with the community. You are doing God’s work. Thank you
Lol Microsoft and highest pay?
Flipkart with good WLB. Lol 😆
Why is Wissen amoung top companies? I received an offer it was not great. Are you referring to this or different? https://www.wissen.com/
Yeah. I had same experience with wissen. I already had other offers. Wissens offer was nowhere close to other offers.
They are a contractor company. Does not deserve to be in the list
Facebook hiring for remote in India? Engineering?
No
Morgan Stanley is bad WLB
IBM should be in good WLB section.
But there pay sucks
This dude put Coinbase in low pay companies list, that too in India🤣 Dude they offered me 30k/month for mobile/gym bill reimbursement, another lump-sum 1L INR for WFH setup and another 50k/month till Dec just to make sure I join early. These are on top of the 65L TC+ 5L joining bonus for 3yoe. It pays crazy. However , the WLB is crazy toxic too, but that is a separate discussion altogether
Can you comment on the WLB? I am joining them in a month or so.
I’ve not joined yet, joining date is in 2weeks. But a couple of colleagues joined as IC5 in July, they said “it feels like Home(Amazon)”😝 It’s not a place that boasts about WLB and employee friendly culture as MS/SF/Atlassian. It’s more like a grind place like Amazon/Uber/GS. More you grind, more TC you’ll get in terms of Stock multiplier. However, couldn’t confirm the 5% pip thing yet as claimed by US people
So when are u leaving Amazon
Haha. Good one. Confused 😂
