With the changes Tata Group has been undertaking with Air India from complete rebranding, new livery, $70B for acquisition of new flights, $400M for modernization of existing fleet & lounges, punctuality, change in food options, retraining/hire new crew, expansion of routes, completely redesigned website, rewards and the entire Vihaan project which is a phased 5 year transformation process to project Air India as the go to airline for both domestic and international travelers and making India as an aviation hub similar to the Middle East Will you start opting for Air India over other airlines moving forward? If no, please comment below why
"Here is a marketing blurb. Based on this blurb and an appeal to nationalism, would you use this airline over others?"
Might literally be an ad
Probably is, or I wouldn't be surprised if someone is just unwittingly parroting one.
Whoever is cheapest and least delays from A to B
It will take 10 years
Air India is the only airline flying direct to India with access to Russian airspace. That leads to the shortest flight time. This is the only factor that matters to me if ticket prices are within $200 of other airlines. Sticking to Air India and taking my own entertainment on board.
Natural choice is air India if service and infra gets better. Who would say no to non-stop flight from US to India. All we want is decent seats, good working entertainment options and edible good food.

Modi is a legend, will be remembered for centuries to come
Honestly it's a wait and watch. Last month I took a Air India flight for the first time in 10 years, it still worse.. Broken chairs/displays, uncomfortable seats, non usable washrooms etc. food wise as well it dropped from good to bad. So honestly until I get a confirmation from fellow travellers, I am not taking it again
