Industry standard comp for a Solutions/Sales Engineer?

This is hugely variable based on which actual industry segment, their comp model, company ownership model, et cetera. Also how good you are. SE comp is more individual than most other roles.
I can only speak on Salesforce but TC for Solution Engineer is ~ 150K range. For a Senior Solution Engineer it’s ~ 200K.
What about Lead Solution Engineer?
Dunno. I only know the comp for those 2 positions because my old coworker works there as a Senior SE and referred me. They wanted to downlevel me and so I ended up staying with my current company.
