You're not motivated, or you don't have the company culture in your veins haha. I worked with a crazy manager once, and for this guy nothing was more important than the company. One day he was fired, and why was he fired? Because he wasn't performing, this guy's life was the company and that wasn't enough. Because I tell you turn off your computer and enjoy in your honeymoon!

Alternatively, the guy wasn’t working hard and he put on a show of being all about the company to keep his spot, but his management didn’t fall for the ruse.
