Been looking at some cloud related roles at Bloomberg INDG and they seemed pretty interesting. Anyone working there currently or have worked there that can shed some light into the culture of the company? (WLB, politics, people, etc) TC: 240K
Good amount of politics, some cool people at least! But it’s def a place where people aren’t happy. It’s definitely not the best place to work, but it could be a lot worse. 4 days RTO. It’s probably gonna be 5 soon. Lots of individuals are burned out from process, politics and culture(more sales and oriented). Pay is solid for the DMV area, but it’s not big tech salary. Far from it tbh. Wouldn’t hurt to interview though. Personally im just happy I’m employed in this job market.

'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
It’s a dinosaur company, rife with politics. If you’re used to Big Tech culture, might be a culture shock. Pay and benefits are not comparable either. Dependjng on the team might have a good WLB but might get unlucky to get a bad team.
Thanks for the insight This is pretty much the sentiment shared on glassdoor. I’ll keep this in mind
Also curious to know culture since I’ve received an offer from them on tax provisions team but it’s my best option rn (esp for my resume compared to startups in my pipeline) so I’ll accept it. Was told 4 days on-site though :/
