Recently had a CoderPad interview with a FB recruiter who seemingly couldn't understand spoken English (e.g. when I was asking a question vs making a statement). Recruiter told me they wouldn't move me to the next stage. I was also getting emails from an Instagram recruiter in NYC back in March/April. By the time I was ready to set up an interview, the situation in NY was highly uncertain due to the pandemic, and I doubt they were inviting anyone for physical onsites. Can I re-engage the IG recruiter? Would I be able to interview with IG after failed FB round? If so, should I mention recent FB experience at all?
