Instagram sucks

Does anybody feel like instagram is getting less and less user friendly to use? Why in the world are you showing me stories that i've already seen thousand times 🥲 I've updated my instagram and it's still not working. Besides that ads I am getting are not accurate too what happened to the instagram algorithm?
