Intel Data Research Engineer position comp

I have been selected for the Data Research Engineer position for Intel France which will also provide PhD degree in collaboration with a France institute. I have a couple of job offers from US too. Hence, I need advice for the following points:- 1)How much Intel France would offer in this situation?. Will I be offered salary and benefits as it is given to an Intel employee? 2)Will there be any room for negotiation in this case?
