Hey Blind, I'm an incoming junior CSE undergrad looking to make it to the interview for an internship at Intel this summer and think I just need a few more refs to make it, can anyone help a brother out? I've held down two previous internships so far and have strong involvement here at uni.

Idk what your focus area is, but I'd say shoot higher, don't settle for Intel.
I was partially lucky- used to go to every corporate recruiting effort on campus- even as a freshman and read up all about their press releases and history prior to the event. They asked trivia questions of us and I got them all right when the audience was stumped. This helped me start off a good relationship with the recruiters and led to a first summer internship at 19. I lost touch with my old connections there but definitely start with the university recruiting team- find events (if they are hosting them physically and or virtually) and go to them
I regularly engaged with their engineers, but never recruiters. Should I reach out on LinkedIn?
