Intel sabbatical payout in Oregon
TC 210k 8yoe. I am planning to leave Intel but want to figure out if sabbatical is paid out? Can I cash out if I am eligible or do I have to schedule and be away from work and receive regular pay? I want to know if someone from Oregon has been able to cash out an immediately jump to a different company. #intel
It's clearly written in the employee handbook that you can cash out sabatticals. Californians can also cash in time accured towards a sabbatical to make up for the shit TC. Math: assume you've worked for 10yrs since your last sabattical. OR: cash out 8 weeks of pay CA: cash out 8 weeks + 3/7 * 8 weeks
