What questions would you ask if you were an intern getting lunch with your VP at a 100,000+ employee company?
Eat lunch and ask about him. No smart questions. Just be a normal person
I’d hit them with - why are you so awesome?
“What are your biggest challenges?” (listen but don’t try to problem solve). If it’s a technical VP, “Any new tech you’re really excited about?” to open up a more fluid conversation and allow them to discuss something they’re interested in.

Women, help me understand why this is inspirational
Don't ask questions you can Google. Don't ask questions where the answer is in a book. Don't ask questions where you're looking for or leading with an answer. Ask short questions.
Perfect. Thank you.
