Interview In Comcast SDE
I interviewed at Comcast for SDE L3 Position, In coding challenge (cracked) :- Interviewer said that he is impressed with my coding skills but somewhere feels that My exp is not suitable for the L3 position and would like to consider for L2 instead. HR :- Had a great conversation, but lastly said the same thing about having a doubt to consider me for L3 and wanted me to consider for L2. I received rejection today for the position. What should I am supposed to ask them now? Please guide.
Comcast does that all the time. Its to avoid to pay you what your worth is. Apply for a higher position only to be told to accept a lower one. If you want to work for Comcast then reach out to hiring Manager if you got their contact info for next steps. If you didn't get that info, good luck with the recruiter
