Just know your call connection procedures, rach procedures, timers at RRC and nas, rlf triggering conditions, how do you recover from failures, issues that can impact physical layer performance like rsrp, rsrq, snr, and how to report cqi, ue capability. If you know how to debug end to end data performance debugging procedures then talk about it. It could be Mac, RLC and pdcp.
Mobility is vast ocean dude. LTE, IMS, 5G, Modem, RF, Security etc are vast topic within themselves. I would say know the overall architecture but deep dive on topics from JD
