Had an onsite panel for Solution Engineer role. The feedback was positive but I was asked to redo the demo, this time on remote. Again, the feedback was positive too but I am told there are more candidates scheduled and I will get final decision in a while. Any thoughts on that? Chances high or low? Or, still any chances? Thanks.
Well, if they have more candidates already scheduled they cant reject them just because they liked you. Also, they want to pick the best candidate from the applicants. So this ‘more interview candidates scheduled’ is a pretty neutral response. Means nothing as far as your performance concerns. So just chill, and just like them, you also continue with other interviews if any
It's more about the request to redo something. Am I a 'backup list' candidate now or not necessarily?
