Just got response from Google post PM interview rounds. They said that they are not moving forward, but said that I can apply again in a year. Any insights into what that means? Anyone who tried again and got through?
Why a year? I'm guessing the interview feedback was that bad? I have completed on-site with no offer - but continue to apply / get referral for other reqs to find another match.
There’s an internal policy that candidates who fail need to wait one year
One year is standard after rejection. I have a friend who go in on second try.
Many Googlers don't get in until the second or even third try. The year is to give you time to improve and grow before considering your candidacy again. Don't consider it to be a reflection of your performance.
Isn't maximum interview limit for a role is 3 ?
Thanks all!
It just means you will need to start the pipeline from the beginning.
