How soon you follow up with recruiters once your on-site/tech round is completed? I assume after 1 week it’s ghosted.
I do it immediately after the interview. I usually email them and tell them “it was positive from my end. I’d be interested in moving forward if things are mutual. Thanks so much for the opportunity!”
Even though they say we will need couple of days to confirm ?
