Interview for an Exploratory position: JPMorgan Chase
I gave an interview for Software Engineer position with JP Morgan Chase very recently. There were three rounds (coding, design and behavioral). Today I got an email asking for another round of video interview for an exploratory position. Does anyone has idea on what does this mean. Thanks.#tech
They also asked me to interview again and the interview went well again and got hired. Just prepare what you missed in the last interview

One can check the LinkedIn profile of people in the interview invite and guess. I usually revise everything on my resume before any type of interview. Just in case 🙂 I don't really prepare for behavioral interviews, I just try to get jobs based on tech only and let hiring managers handle the rest.
How is the interview experience? Are the LC type medium and hard questions?

Actually I applied for only one position. Not sure why they are considering for another position and does this mean I should go through all rounds of interview again?
Not sure - depends on what the hiring manager wants to do, and how you did the first time. You probably did well if it wasn't a straight no, and the role is probably part of the same organization.
