I took their "Pay Later" program (https://interviewing.io/blog/announcing-our-pay-later-program-dont-pay-for-mock-interviews-until-you-get-a-job) where they gave me $1024 credit. I took one mock interview of about $400 and did not get a job. As per the program they will grant extension until I get a job but they did not. They charged the full $1024 after 4 months. I keep calling them and it goes to a Google Voice number and then to a message box.
They are not a scam company by any means, in fact they have superb customer service according to my experience. Have you tried emailing? They respond within a day. I had issues with the pay later program and got refunded pretty quickly.
They are a scam (headhunters in disguise). Chargeback is your friend.
They are pretty expensive but, they are not a scam by any means. I have had fantastic interviewers in that platform and support team almost always respond within a day if there are any issues.
email them
You can also try Discord or Twitter, if you want to make a bit of noise. I've found they're quite responsive on everything except phone. This will also help you if worst comes to worst and you issue a chargeback.
OP should take you up on this offer.
They are an absolute scam, they get real shady about giving out interviews, they will make it seem like none are available when other accounts show there are some available. Too much closed algorithm things going on behind the scenes to drive revenue, not enough openness.
They are a scam
I'm tech lead at Google and I'm happy to take a mock for $100. Let me know if you are interested.
No thanks. I'll give you 100 to stop this false hope crap
Flase hope? Are you ok? I've trained a few folks who landed offers with Apple, Dropbox, Rivian, Splunk Happy to provide references. If you have nothing good to add, just GTFO
Not a scam. Their salary negotiation was very useful and personalized, taking into account the priorities that I had, even, rather than even trying to make themselves more commission.
