Did a few onsites past few few months and aside from a few hedge funds all the LC questions were medium level or easier with easy followups. Have interviews gotten easier in LC bar recently? Tagged a few companies below I interviewed with, got offers from more than half of them without doing any LC in years. Only prepped sys design and behavioral for 200 hrs+ in past year #google #facebook #snap #stripe #square #airbnb #apple #amazon #citadel #uber #lyft #instacart #linkedin #microsoft #twitter #tesla #twilio #robinhood #bloomberg
Definitely not. When I interviewed Google it was hard questions though…
This^
pichai, how long ago was it?
Fake post and offers
Any DP questions?
I got a down level google offer. My interview was a breeze.
What recurring topics did you see in your interviews? I assume graph/tree traversals
Yes
‘Only’ 200hrs of prep…
Yeah man obviously you need 10000 hours if you want to truly be a master of LC interviews
I dont understand this. There's no way you're as competent at your job as someone who's putting in comparable time into learning the domain.
LC count? Did u do all LC tagged?
This guy is the cheat code to life
You only prepped 200 hours? So only avg 2 hours a day for 100 days?? I can hardly find 2 hours to watch tv.
Over 400 days actually. I didn't spend every day prepping, mostly weekends.
So you prepped for over a year and think interviews are easy? Most people prep for 2-4 months.
