Guy is offended VP was brought in from the outside when he would have been so good at maintaining the status quo if only they had let him lead!
@Microsoft It's a her.
Is this on LinkedIn somewhere

What did they say?
Now I want to know what Intuit replied
Generic reply

Yikes! Hope this person isn't running afoul of her non disparagement agreement because that can be big trouble. Protip -- stick to objective facts if you are going to discuss a previous workplace.
This is a very common occurrence at Intuit. Avoid Intuit don’t jeopardize your and your family health. Intuit is a graveyard, join only if you want to coast without aspiring for career growth and improving skills.
But she’d have happily stayed at Intuit if she got the promotion

Wonder what her race had to do with entitlement to promotion. Sometimes time in seat doesn't always mean best choice for new job.
