What does a total comp package look like for a senior software or security engineer at Intuit? Thinking of making the move to SD and heard their security program is not bad. Any advice would be helpful.

San Diego comp for senior swe is something like 120-145 base, 15% bonus Target and 30% target of salary for RSUs each year. the weather is pretty good down here too
That's not massive but guessing that the quality of life makes it worth it. Is it a fixed no. of rsu over 4 year vest schedule like others or are shares awarded based on performance?
3 year vesting, and you get a stock refresh every year based on "future looking" performance. Bonuses are based on your past year's performance.
I got 25% of my base salary as Refresher RSU last year
How much should we expect senior TC for Bay area?
Worked at Intuit. It's a great company with great benefits. Pay wise it's not top notch compared to others but WLB is amazing.
Sounds good. How much would expect roughly for senior sde? Just wondering how much less is not top notch.
Depends on work exp...In bay area for ssde avg was 160k.. Don't know about sd... Check paysa
