'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
Avoid it

It depends on which sub-team in IDX you’ll be part of and location but all teams I know have same issues: 1. People are working late after work. I’ve seen people work late nights or early morning. You’ll be working frequently with offshore teams. 2. There’s always a fire and frequent “war rooms” which is stressful and doesn’t yield to anything. 3. Stressful on-call and people get paged over random stuff that’s not even critical. 4. It’s a platform team and many front end customer and partner teams have friction with this team. Things often get escalated to senior leadership or VP level. 5. Outdated technology, buggy new products and insane prioritization
