Intuit India - Bangalore

What are staff and principal swe salaries (TC) range in Intuit Bangalore office ? Also, How is job security there after recent layoffs? 10 yoe, staff, 1cr TC

Amazon bahaga Aug 9, 2020

Tc Or gtfo

Amazon JefBezo Aug 9, 2020

Current TC and yoe?

LinkedIn djkd OP Aug 9, 2020

Updated now you guys tell or gtfo

Amazon JefBezo Aug 9, 2020

Your current TC is already within the range. Salary data for principal is usually not readily available and also varies alot. Totally depends upon your negotiation. Based on some data that is available for other FAANG you can go up to 1.5 Cr at that level.

LinkedIn djkd OP Aug 9, 2020

You mean in the range of their staff ? Also, I beleive both companies staff are same in terms of levels ?

Intuit BigButts Aug 9, 2020

I doubt Intuit would pay 1 crore for staff 😐 ... job security is not guaranteed ... another layoff from f this scale won’t happen in atleast 1-2 years but wlb and culture is good ... lmk how much they offer you

LinkedIn djkd OP Aug 9, 2020

What should i expect then ? Also, i am realising stock has not gone up much in comparison to FAANG

Intuit do layoff people every year in June/July

Intuit qcAo41 Aug 9, 2020

Job security is zero

LinkedIn djkd OP Aug 9, 2020

Care to explain

VMware H@llo__ Aug 9, 2020

They layoff people on random management decisions and LIFO with highest salaries are ones to go first

Intuit qcAo41 Aug 9, 2020

Don’t opt for intuit, if you have any other option

Uber SickMaDuck Aug 9, 2020

Breakdown of your 1 Cr TC?

LinkedIn djkd OP Aug 9, 2020

50 fixed 50 stock including appreciation, approximately

Uber SickMaDuck Aug 9, 2020

Great. How are the refreshers at LinkedIn?

Amazon dec0der Aug 9, 2020

Why should one not opt for Intuit? They pay well , more than Msft, good wlb, and open source tech unlike Msft.

Amazon dec0der Aug 9, 2020

Can they pay 1.5cr pa for PE?

Intuit qcAo41 Aug 9, 2020

Whatever they pay, stay away from intuit

LinkedIn djkd OP Aug 9, 2020

Why ?

Intuit qcAo41 Aug 9, 2020

Politics everywhere, no work, no job security, Mariana(CTO) do hasty decisions, which impacts company culture, so in short leadership sucks, so beware. They keep on asking for future skills and no one knows why future skills are(except asslicking)
