Intuit PM salary
Hi , I am planning to make a move from Amazon . Got an offer at Intuit but feel I am being lowballed . Want to know how much I can stretch with the base and RSUs? Not taking the refreshers and performance bonus into account as it’s dependent on rating . Current TC : 260k YOE : 6

Offer level and TC?
I’m pretty sure Intuit (and the subsidiaries) have transparent salary bands that are geographically based and set at 55% of the average salary for that role based on 3rd party auditing. I was told there was no negotiation in the comp package, which coupled with an in office requirement was not worth the change to me.
If I may ask, where do you work now and whats your tc and level?
