Intuit compensation review

Interviewed for a senior mobile dev role but due to the lack of performance in the interview got an offer for midlevel. I’m currently a senior in my company but don’t mind taking a mid level role for better WLB. Not sure if going down a level from senior to mid will have a negative impact on my resume. Wondering if it’s worth switching?(current company WLB is very bad) 160 base 10% bonus annually Equity - 125000 over 4 years Joining bonus - 30k 2nd year - 30k TC - 222k Location- 100% remote from Texas YOE - 6 Current TC - 180 base + 60/annum(RSUs for a PRE IPO) #tech #finance

Could you explain why? I’m thinking to move because of better WLB(at least blind reviews say that about Intuit)

Wayfair Peace ✌️ Feb 27, 2022

It's not bad, ppl in the blind community have really high standards. Considering remote and Texas it's not bad.

Pretty decent offer especially being remote from Texas will save you a lot of money.

More TC and better WLB and you questioning it? Lol

Financial Services Company avPm18 OP Feb 27, 2022

Twilio Positrons Feb 27, 2022

Intuit nowayhome Feb 27, 2022

You got selected for Junior se. Base is good However for 6 yoe I'm not sure if that's something you'd want to settle for

What is the exact role name? Is it SW2 or SSE? It looks like a really good offer either ways
