How is Intuit culture in idx team particularly App Integrations? TC -210k #tech #intuit #culture
I am working in IDX, it used to be good couple of years back and its bit scary right now.
Why so? Company doing decent with no layoff news past 2 years. Stock near ATH of 700.
Company wise it’s doing good but i am referring to IDX org.

You'll be PIPed without severance in 6 mo. Don't trust a word the recruiter and hiring manager say
Interesting what lot of intuit folks saying when there are no lay offs in past 2 years unlike most other SW companies. Stock near ATH 700. 2 acquisitions in the form of mint and Mailchimp. One of rare companies to give RSU like Fangs. Good new office recently opened in MV
~15% of workforce has been PIPed out in the lastyear. Who needs layoffs when there are fabricated PIPs. No severance paid no press coverage.
Overall 15% or just IDX? 15% overall is quite high.
Would you choose intuit or coinbase?
