Intuit senior product manager salary expectation
Hello everyone I got a job as a Senior product manger at Intuit (mountain view location). They asked for my TC expectations. I need help from experts in blind community to propose a decent number. Edit : I asked them for an initial offer but they requested me to give a number. They mentioned starting base can be around 190 and stocks ~170k (4 yrs but negotiable) and 20% bonus YOE 11 PM YOE 5 Current TC 330k , current base -192k Thanks for your help in advance π #productmanager #product #salary #compensation #intuit

I am trying to calculate my current TC based on the $value of stocks i expect to get every year and combined it with my based and bonus.
Intuit also has refreshers which might not be mentioned in the offer letter
