Intuit senior software vs Amazon L6.
Which is better? In terms of wlb, compensation and future stability for next 4 years. Update: To clarify - I might get promote to L6 in this or next quarter. Is it worth it to move to Intuit at Senior Software level or should I wait for my promo? TC: 270 L5 Amazon

I don't think there is any comparison here, Amazon senior should be at least staff level of intuit. Money wise it might be a different story.
As per levels.fyi amazon lower L6 band fall under Intuit Senior Software Engineer bucket.

What project would you be working on? Intuit is still hybrid if this is a factor for you (2 days in the office). Also I think Intuit has great growth potential since they dominate the accounting industry
Amazon L6. While technically one is not better than the other at coding/actual job. Amazon L6s are respected and were able to pass some moderately hard interviews and I would imagine they pay better Intuit’s SSE But WLB go for Intuit. Stability would say the same at both. It’s either or at best.
