Intuit sr pm offer evaluation - pls help
Need help evaluating Sr. PM offer from Intuit Current comp: $177k,$80k,20% Intuit offer: $185k,$255k,20% (Mountain view) Does anyone have any knowledge on the RSU refresher rate? Also, any info on the Intuit PTO policy? Their benefits page is confusing. #intuit #intuitcareers
Is that $255k equity over 4 years ? If so, seems a bit low. If that's for each year that's a great offer.
Yes. 1 year cliff and qtr vesting. They will grant additional rsu every year but I don’t think it will 250k
Not a bad offer, not a great one either. I think you can shoot for $300k TC at least.
