Intuit vs OCI

Posting for a friend. New grad. 2 YOE in Oracle India. Have offers from Intuit and OCI team. Intuit, Converted from Intern, Mountain View, California: TC: 160k - 125 base + 15k stocks + 20k bonus + one time 16k relocation bonus - Backend Team Oracle Cloud Infra, Remote Location: TC: 182k - 120k base + 42k stocks(per year) + 20k bonus(per year for 2 years) no relocation - firmware team Unable to decide as not sure which job is good for future growth and learning. OCI is good, but firmware orchestration seems like less coding and more related to programming(or testing) at the hardware level. Can someone from OCI please comment about the work?
