How's the PM culture at Intuit? How does it compare with ServiceNow? TC: 190k Intuit: PM-2, TC: 260 ServiceNow: Sr PM, TC: 232
How much is the SNOW offer?

Tech stack at Walmart n intuit is way better than ServiceNow
How much does it impact a PM's delivery and learnings? Slower stack = slower release cycle?
Has nothing to do with it, quite the opposite actually. Servicenow relies on its platform to create new apps quickly, it can be boring for application engineers but allows product to move and ship fast. Engineers usually prefer working on the platform side, better challenges and PMs prefer the application side, better growth, ownership and opportunities
Intuit is a great company. I just secured a 300k Senior PM role with them.

Do people underestimate E6 role at meta?
Recent staff PM hire at Walmart with 310K remote role. Id be surprised if Intuit, ServiceNow, etc paid more.
They all pay well. Thing is that pay stagnates after being around for a few years.
The annual stock refreshers at WC should help with stagnation.
