#intuit #snowflake Currently doing team match with both and have verbal numbers Current TC 270k // 9 YOE Intuit (senior) Base: 190k Stock: 200k, 40-80k refreshers Bonus 25k sign on, 15% perf Snowflake (senior) Base: 230k Stock: 200k Bonus:30k By the way I’ve seen posts were saying snowflake offers getting 200k RSU per year which seems like a lie, let me know if that’s a real thing. Looking for anyone who has inside knowledge of good teams to join. Primarily good WLB and low or no oncall.
Depends on what you are looking for currently : Work life balance - intuit HANDS down. Decent pay Snowflake: how is the WLB / stress level ? The difference in pay between two is negligible. I would choose intuit for peace of mind.
From what I’ve heard only a few teams at Snowflake have wlb
lol good wlb and snowflake in the same sentence Lmaoooo
😂😅
You should not be joining snowflake unless you get their offers of N+1 comp for a level
Good to know Ty
Come to Intuit for career suicide and depression . If you are not good in politics you are expendable
No good teams at Intuit?
Some teams are good but it's hard to find as they may not hire as no attrition
200k for 4 years? They must be offering bottom of band
If the offer is for Snowflake IC3 software engineer, it should be 200k per year. I wouldn't recommend though if you want to prioritize WLB.
Thanks for the honesty and insight
Yoe? I think snowflake is paying pretty low. I would go for intuit. Heard there is quarterly reviews in Snowflake
Updated thanks, do you know if they actually go to like 200k per year stock like levels says?
I dont know but levels.fyi should help. Theu used to give 450k offer previously. Not sure about current economy. And 200k is for 4 years right?
