Intuit/turbo tax to buy credit karma for 7B$

What do you think?

Microsoft yiDk65 Feb 24, 2020

Intuit is a political shithole. Maybe credit karma wants some of that

FLYR hQJf32 Feb 24, 2020

They want that $

Salesforce narco Feb 24, 2020

They are competitors. I guess Intuit finally pulled the plug and decided to buy them after CK started doing free tax filing last year. Oh. Which means Intuit is probably gonna strip that feature or start charging users for it. Also, Intuit spends millions of dollars lobbying the US govt NOT to make tax filing free. Intuit is just a sweet little butterfly, ain’t it

Intel cturtle OP Feb 24, 2020

TT has free filing, they just don't advertise that well. They were in the spotlight for doing that intentionally, since ck they have started advertising it.
