Investing pre IPO on OPT
I am an Indian currently in USA on OPT. I want to invest in companies like Spacex, neuralink and Open AI which are yet to go public. It looks like I can invest in them using Dizraptor app. Is it allowed on OPT? If yes, are there any other conditions?

Not on opt. Cannot answer your question. Sorry. With public companies stock at this lows, are you sure you want to pay premium and buy those pre ipo companies?
I am early in my career and feel that I can take good amount of risk at this point in my life. Also I am only planning to invest just around 10 percent of the cash I have currently. Rest I am planning to invest in public companies.
I am not exactly sure in this scenario. But most of the pre ip cases you need to have certain salary criteria and also you need invest Atleast 20-25K. Not sure if you are ok with both.
