Then your brackets are way off. For a VP it would be anything between "got walked out of the door" to 4-5x base. Average is probably 100% of base. For ED/MD it could go even higher multiple.

Nothing compared to IB
Iâd say typically 2-4 months
Front office industry coverage year 2 analyst, bonus is 45% of the base salary (~15% down from last yearâŚ)

Thatâs quite doable in a good year VP+ Iâve seen decent associates get bigger bonuses than that in trading
