Is 110k a decent TC in MA for an IT PM 12+ yoe?
I am an IT Project Manager with a financial client in MA, and I'd like to know if I am getting a decent TC, or shall I move from here. If so what would be your suggestions. Thanks! Actual TC :110k YOE : 12+ MBA and a GC holder. #wipro, #boston ,

Move from where? and where in MA? 120k seems too low for 12 years in Boston area unless you're talking non-tech

This is very low in MA - especially in Boston/Cambridge. It is even low among 128 and even 495 based companies.

125k is the average pay for a consultant working fulltime for a consulting company. Regardless of which company. As a project manager depending on the company you decide to work for you can make up to 145k as a senior project manager fulltime. If you decide to do just contract you could pull in between 65 per hour to 95 per hour as a senior project manager
