Is AIG/Orbits car insurance Scam?

Hi, I recently used Car Orbits insurance in my trip, which had AIG as the provider. I had an incident, I've submitted all the documents with the claim 2 month ago. They keep sending email that I need to submit COPY OF INCIDENT REPORT I've renamed the PDF as COPY OF INCIDENT REPORT.pdf, I've emailed it to claimsdoc1@aig.com and claimsdoc@aig.com 4 times, I uploaded it via https://claims.travelguard.com/myclaim/us/status I even reported that to Inquire@aig.com I keep getting an email asking me to provide the report and nothing moving forward. No other contacts or other ways to troubleshoot with them. Did anyone had the same experience? is orbits car insurance SCAM? Thank you. #AIG #car #insurance #travel
