FYI: We’ve had a huge uptick in very vocal naysayer employees on blind, most (though not quite all) with a very distinct linguistic pattern (similar misspellings/grammatical errors) that has led a lot of folks to speculate that there is one disgruntled employee who managed to create multiple blind accounts. So just be on the lookout for that. But I am myself a bit of a naysayer. Super frustrated with leadership backing us into a corner where we now have no choice but to ipo in this horrible market, thanks to expiring RSUs. We are in a pretty bad position right now. My advice: if you’re on a visa, don’t take the risk. Job security should be way more important than anything else. If you’re not on a visa, make sure that the offer you get reflects a heavily discounted valuation due to recent events. You might get a shit ton of RSUs thanks to the damage being done to our business right now. If you believe that we will recover, then maybe it’s a good “buying” opportunity.
