Is Amazon the most toxic blind group?
Our Blind is very toxic. Do other companies have these issues too? I’m considering leaving the company given how many issues it has. Example: I have horrible WLB and its all driven by upper management.
Were all toxic here, maybe we should home address or GTFO, and see how many of us fall in line.

Yes, Google has bad food and they fire you eventually if all you do is complain about discrimination of whatever group you identify with.
All corps have their problems. That said, from my friends at Amazon and having interacted with them, they seem worse than most others. Heck, even their recruiters radiate bad vibes.
They have volume, and the most discontented employees. Their boss cares more about efficiency and metrics than people and WLB. No surprise how volume and slightly toxic culture makes for unhappy employees. This is not to suggest everyone is unhappy.
