Is Anyone facing a 500 Internal server error while filling the amazon ng 2023 application?

I have been trying to submit my ng 2023 sde application but in the step where it asks general questions that page doesn’t open up instead a 500 Internal server error pops up(saying hmm etc) . I tried clearing history/cache , tried different browsers too but it won’t resolve . I don’t even refresh the portal often . I am in dire need of help to resolve this issue .
